Take Care Life Coaching Organization 

The Take Care Wellness Initiative administers growth and development programs designed to raise awareness, spread knowledge, and provide resources in an effort to teach college students and young adults how to live purpose-driven and fulfilled lives throughout their collegiate tenure and beyond.


Our mission is to empower students and young adults across the country to reach growth and balance within the nine dimensions of wellness and provide resources to develop identity, purpose, self-efficacy, and joy.

Our approach involves delivering an enjoyable, interactive, and practical learning experience, wherein we impart principles of personal growth and development to elevate their overall quality of life. Our curriculum follows the standards and objectives of the Psychosocial student development theory, Chickering's Seven Vectors of Student Identity Development that cover the following modules:

  1. Adopt and Sustain a Growth Mindset

  2. Discover Identity and Life Values

  3. Master Time and Energy Management

  4. Create Wellness Routines to Live a Life of Fulfillment
